Thank you for being here.
Healing is nuanced, deeply personal, and rarely linear. Having someone to talk to can help when things feel hard. Therapy offers the opportunity to show up exactly as you are, explore complicated feelings, make sense of your experiences, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
The heart of my practice is building bridges of compassion between the body, mind, and sense of self. I work with adults, particularly LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, who are trying to understand themselves more deeply, navigate mental health alongside life transitions, or heal complicated relationships with food, their bodies, and how they see themselves.
I’m a queer, nonbinary therapist with over a decade of clinical experience across multiple levels of care. My dialectical approach is grounded in queer affirmation, neurodiversity affirmation, body liberation, and harm reduction. If you’re interested in working together, please email me with a brief introduction, and we'll schedule a free phone consultation.
*Please note the following:
~ I provide Telehealth therapy to clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Oregon. I am fully licensed to practice in all three states.
~ I am a private-pay, out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
~ I offer a free, 15-minute phone consultation to answer questions and hear more about what's leading you to therapy at this time.
I know this step is vulnerable, and I seek to provide direct communication and support from the very beginning.
