Are you struggling to feel at home in your body? Has your relationship to food and/or exercise felt all-consuming lately? Are you wanting to explore deeper parts of yourself that might feel difficult to name? Struggling in our relationships with food, body, and self can feel isolating. Whether you are going through some life transitions or have been feeling stuck for a while, I want to offer you an affirming space of support. Through exploring the root causes of your feelings and behaviors, together we will develop individualized strategies to help you live more authentically and peacefully with all parts of yourself.
I specialize in helping individuals living with eating disorders, body image issues, and LGBTQIA2S+ identities. I provide holistic and humanistic care that is trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming, and queer-affirming. I respect the mind-body connection and your lived experience. My practice supports health at every size, body liberation, and harm reduction.
I understand how important the therapeutic connection is for one’s healing journey. I value creating a safe and trusting space for my clients to explore, heal, celebrate, and grow.
