My Specialties & Services
Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a therapeutic support for you. I am a creative, gentle, and grounded clinician, who is curious about this healing journey called life. I specialize in helping individuals experiencing eating disorders, body image disturbance, and LGBTQIA+ related issues, with thoughtfulness towards their intersectionality. Along with my areas of specialty, I compassionately help individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, impacts of trauma, and establishing new coping skills. I appreciate supporting a wide range of clients wanting to focus on self-exploration, healing, and growth.
I believe in supporting the person as a whole. I respect the mind-body connection and your lived experience. I value open communication and collaboration with my clients to support making larger changes and harm reduction. I practice through a humanistic lens with a trauma-informed, queer affirming, neurodiverse affirming, and strengths-based foundation.
I value creating a safe space for individuals to explore, heal, celebrate, and grow. I always provide my clients with a listening ear, a non-judgmental stance, and new coping skills. My therapy room welcomes you to come as you are. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you reside in Massachusetts or Oregon. I would be honored to support you.
