I can assist in the holistic healing of your relationships with food, body, mind, and self. We can explore the root causes of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while collaboratively establishing coping skills to support you in living more authentically with all parts of self. I welcome the healing that comes when there is emotional safety to be vulnerable and curious.
I specialize in helping individuals living with LGBTQIA+ identities and eating disorders. I passionately support fellow members of the queer community in navigating a rainbowed recovery. My practice aligns with health at every size, body liberation, and harm reduction. It is an affirming space to process struggles and celebrate individualized authenticity.
I understand how important the therapeutic connection is for one’s healing journey. I value creating a safe and trusting space for my clients to explore, heal, celebrate, and grow.
