My Specialties & Services
Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a therapeutic support for you. I am a queer, nonbinary therapist who is passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with LGBTQIA2S+ identity exploration, eating disorders, body image issues, depression, anxiety, and impacts of trauma. I often see clients struggle with deeper parts of themselves and how this struggle can manifest in their relationships with food, mind, and body. I help my clients in exploring and healing these deeper issues, along with creating more sustainable coping skills.
I've worked in all levels of care for eating disorder treatment with co-occurring diagnoses. My practice emphasizes health at every size, body liberation, and harm reduction. I utilize a cultural humility framework that is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, neurodiverse-affirming, and fat-positive. I respect the mind-body connection and your lived experience.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and holistic. I value creating a safe space for individuals to explore, heal, celebrate, and grow. I always provide my clients with a listening ear, a non-judgmental stance, and new coping skills. Please reach out if you reside in Massachusetts or Oregon. I would be honored to support you.
*Please note the following:
-My practice is solely virtual.
-I do not accept insurance, however I can provide you with a super-bill if you want to utilize your out-of-network benefits to help with financial reimbursement.

I know this step is vulnerable, and I seek to provide direct communication and support from the very beginning.
